I've used Kelp(which is an algae made into tablets) and so far lost 20 pounds in about 2-3 months...its a natural medecine, that stimulates your thyroid gland and also keeps the ulcer enzyme from attaching to your stomach...its really good well so far it is for me...

I found that out in a book that was about dieting according to your blood type...normally I'm a big sceptic but this really helped me so...has anyone else tried this?
