I am just curious because I see alot of black men at BBW clubs and events. Do larger women really like being with a black man for the "rumors" or is it a real attraction. Was told by a female at a BBW club that larger women are only into black men to see if the rumors are true. Personally I have always loved a curvier buxom figure. Thought Id put it out here for other opinions.

`Don't you think it's a matter of averages - just a mix of folks - black, white, brown, whatever and souls will meet and connect as they should? I think we all just like folks who like us!

`Strictly about attraction for me. I'm more attracted to black men than white. I love a man with smooth dark skin and a great smile. LOL the "rumors" would only be an added bonus ;)

`Funny enough, I became more attracted to African American and latino lovers because they are very accepting of my body (as opposed to the white guys I met, who constantly wanted me to lose weight and put me down). Now? It is just my preference. I have tried dating white guys and the culture shock can be hard, even for this white lady.

I like a person who likes me, no matter the color. It's a matter of acceptance on both sides and understanding cultural differences. I like people for their personalities and what they r willing to invest in the relationship and not just take. The largest man and the smallest man I've seen we're both black. But there's white and other race men who r well endowed also. So it's not just that. A man who has some experience to share is nice too. R men on here to chase BBWs because they think we're easy? Because they don't think we get any? I hope not. Because that's not true.

Well said!!! When I first moved to the US (I was a young teenager) I liked white guys but it turned out that they didn't like me, and I noticed that for the most part black men were the ones that were attracted to me, so it makes sense to like who likes me..... I read that someone posted that it's because they think that big women are easy or desperate, that is not the case... see in African culture a larger person is considered healthy and wealthy (you are big because you can afford food) so that is one trait that hasn't been "watered down" I guess and I'm glad for that; that is also the case in middle eastern culture larger people are considered healthy/wealthy (I heard it all the time from my Grandparents who were Lebanese), but most men of middle eastern descent will not go for a western woman because of cultural/religion differences, at least that is IMHO.

If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again!

I wouldn't say that larger women are only attracted to black men. I think that is a stereotype. Personally I am attracted to white and native american men. Its not because of racism, but what I've always been surrounded by. Everyone has their own preferences.

`That is really a stereo type because for example, I am not attracted to black men at all... and I'm not racist! I get along with all sorts of people, I love learning about other people's culture. About the rumors i think relationships are not all about ---. If you take a relationship just because you like how the ------ relationship works then that connection will break sooner or later and you'll just go by from one person to another until you reach that age that no body wants you....

`Mine is attraction to darker skin.Any honest guy would do but I just prefer darker men. Black men tend to have more dominance in the bed as well.
