I received a message from my friend, logged on there was no email. Tried looking her up but no luck :'( Can anyone help me? Her screen name is whimsicalheart.

`ya know, that has happened to me too and when I brought it to the attention of the "staff" of this site, I was told that when an e-mail disappears it is because it was spam.
Once for sure, it was not spam and then later, both I and the person I was communicating with were told our accounts had been deleted. Then I contacted the "staff" again and was told that, no, our accounts had not been deleted.
My take is that this site works weird sometimes and that no one can explain it, including "staff."
