`Hi hun how was ur v.-day?I hope you splurged on urself a little bit with something like a nice lunch or a movie or a nice warm high smelling of perfume bath lol.Someone close to me made some cupcakes with a kick lol.They were made with triple distilled strawberry flavored vodka.They put dark chocolate m&m's in them and one on top,so cute,and the icing and cake had cherry juice added to make them reddish.The icing had some kick to it to lol.We had a different alarm system installed and the good lord up above gave me the words to throw a wrench into a not so nice characters gameplan for hurting some people I know which was by far the best present.Ok so tell me about yours and between you and I,I can't help but wonder how andriek and mizcurious are doing with the holiday?gbu sweet lady and tc

`Hi ladies! Happy late valentine's day to you too. I had a wonderful time in lubbock. We actually didn't celebrate it on sunday because that was Andrew's birthday. So we decided valentine's day is on feb. 15th. But I had a wonderful 1st valentine's Day with Mr. Andrew. Hope everyone else had a love filled day too,

`I always get a little bummed out on Valentines day because my soul mate passed away nearly 5 years ago so I am without that special someone but...
I came home from work exhausted to find roses and sweets from my kids and grand kids and got invited join a bunch of them to a movie as well so my Valentines day was full of love and very sweet. I have 4 kids and 10 grand kids so I never get the chance to get REAL bummed about anything...too busy loving up little boys with stinky feet and little girls with frilly dresses and bigger grand sons who are my fishing pals.
I too am glad to see you Andriek and Miz Curious still together. Us old ladies just think young love is the best thing ever!!

`lol... thank you both. I personally am very happy with the way this relationship is going, sad for the distance, but it can only make our relationship stronger.
And cookinbubbles, I am so glad you had a wonderful valentines. For the past 4 years, my sister and I send my grandmother yellow roses. My grandfather used to send her yellow roses to work every year, because he told her that before lovers they were friends. And we thought we should continue that tradition. :)

`well it's truly nice to hear how everybody had a nice day.You always hope and pray for the ones you know and those you care about deeply to always have every day made special and when you hear of their excitement over certain things then your heart does a little jitter and your warmed through and through.I don't really celebrate valentines day or birthdays or memorial day or april fools day or labor day,well you get the drift I hope.I just can't deal with the hype or commercialism anymore.I really don't care about these made up holidays and yet I do like seeing the folks happy.oh and let me add that the reason I had jumped up cupcakes is because they were made by my daughter for her co-workers.She had some batter left over and asked me to finish making them so I added another little jigger of that spirit to the batter and the icing lol.We got an alarm system on the 15th because that was when it was scheluded.For myself I choose to pamper myself when I think it is mandated which is alot more then one day a year lol.I think all women should just to say yes I am a princess to myself if to no other.
