Do large men like smaller girls?

This may sound like a ridiculous question, given that your average western culture promotes attraction to "fit" body types, but lately I've found that there seems to be a lot of bhms with bbws. In some cases bhms with hms fitting any other description (aka bears 'n cubs).

I'm really glad to see the culture open up to people of different body types even as we're bombarded by images of Ken dolls we're told to think of as attractive, however...

In light of the fact that other body types being more accepted and appreciated, I've been wondering if an "average" bodied person like me still has much of a chance to find a bhm?

Will I be automatically labeled as a "feeder" for not possessing a like body type?

Don't worry about labels and all that crap. You date who you are attracted to, it's no one else's business with the why's or hows. :)

`It's all a matter of taste. There's really no way to know what the average thoughts are. However, speaking for myself, I like both. I find it's hard to meet the BBW's in real life. Fit girls seem to be everywhere though. I think you're going to do just fine here. You'll probably find that the big guys on this site like a wide variety of women.

`I think it's perfectly reasonable to believe that a person can like both big girls and fit girls at the same time. Much as I prefer brunette women, I'm far from opposed to meeting a blonde or red head that I would be compatible with. And as far as fit girls appearing to be everywhere, well it seems to be true in my experience. I've noticed that if I go somewhere social I will see many more fit women then I will BBW's. Maybe I go to the wrong places.

I was talking to my male cousin about dating in general, and the topic of preferred weight came up. He said something that I found interesting... That he feels he HAS to date thinner girls to maintain his status with "the guys." Now, he is not in the popular crowd or jocks or anything, he just hangs out with normal guys in a normal-sized crowd. He said if he was less social or less concerned with what his group would think of him, he would LOVE to date a bigger girl (not HUGE, but just chubby). He claims that he finds them: "more comfortable", better cooks (and just appreciates a good meal more), and less vain.
Is there some kind of social stigma with being the guy "dating a fat girl" that makes guys feel they HAVE to date the thinner girl?

`I don't know about the social stigma but Society does brain wash us all into believing in order to procreate the fittest is the sexiest. Thus threw the years our minds lean towards the fit as an attraction. but I'm more rebellious, I don't let society dictate what I must like or have.

I concur. It all depends on the person and their prefrence. Society says you have to be smaller than a size 8 to be attractive. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

None of the guys that I have dated had anything in common (physically) - they each had something different that attracted me to them.

`From what I've noticed over the last few yrs it seems that the younger ones,oh let's say 30ish and under,seem to not really care about whom they get with.It seems as though it is just according to how they"feel" on any particular day.You know kinda like when you like lemon one day but want chocolate the next.Imo it has alot to do with the"recreational"drugs they experimented with most of their lives.I would even venture to say that it would or could appear to the untrained eye as though they were taking the other out for a test run.I have also noticed this behavior from bi-sexuals which is self-explainatory.You just have to absolutely adore the little ones trying so hard to sound and appear so wise but even in this I would venture to assume that geishas have some amount of knowledge about men as long as it is directed towards their scrotums and not their hearts or minds.gbu all

`I like both though im very open minded both personality and looks are important. What someone lacks in looks they might have a lot in personality and vis versa.
