I am starting this thread because I am going to track my transformation on-line. About a year and a half ago I became a veggie/vegan/tofu eater lol.. I am now cutting out most saturated sugars, and basically all of the stuff I really like to eat. So.. I am starting a new diet as of Thursday March the 6th, 2006. So.. I will be tracking my progress on here.. If any one else would like to share thier orogress or track as well they are welcome to!! Please Do!!! Thanks... Wish me luck guys/ladies/peoples!!

Cutting saturated fats will be a great thing. Dont forget that there are fats that are essential, such as omega 3 omega 6 etc.. these can be found in sources such as flax and sunflower seed oils. There is a realy great product out called udos choice which is an oil blend containing flax and many other oils. three tablespoons of this a day provides you with all your essential fatty acids non which are saturated. i have usedthis for the past year as part of my strength training diet and having these acids as part of your diet realy helps with mental focus, mood, and just overall feeking good. 13 pounds is great! although it may be more by now. How are you feeling? Cutting out the sugars and saturated fats, reguardless of weight loss, usually makes you feel a lot better. I'm cheering for ya and sending supportive vibes, lol..Can ya feel them?

Hello
Being a Vegan is not that bad and I'm proud of you for making that commitment. Being a Vegan is real hard work because you can't go back to the meat that you once loved...I'm going to become devoted to my Body because I know that being on a diet is a mental thing and I'm going to stick to my Diet as soon as I get right with myself and can stick to the program for more than a few months ya know
Be who you are don't let anyone tell you otherwise |
