Has anyone ever dated or met someone on line that said you were great and it didn't matter about your weight, but then after you met or you started seeing them, it was only okay to see you in your home, in the bedroom mostly. Yet not anywhere you could be seen. Never meeting the friends, family, or even strangers by going out? How does this make you feel? If you have known them a long time and you thought you loved them would you put up with it because you were lonely and you were just happy someone was showing you affection?

If someone truly cares for you the opinions of others will be irrelevant to them. I think too many people settle for less than they deserve. Personally I would rather be single than be with someone who didn't have enough respect for me to be proud of our relationship.

Let me start of by saying that I've been a lover of large ladies sinc my lil soldier could salute. I think that BBW's are S-- goddesses and should be worshiped as such. Skinny women, thin women, & "fit women" make me want to vomitt after i feed them a cheese burger. Not only do BBW's have more to offer physically, more to love ,softer, and more cushion but they also have more to offer on the inside, more down to earth, sweeter, more sensitve to their lovers needs, & more understanding. Those type of individuals don't deserve your time, emotions, nor energy. Someone who is ashamed of who they are in denying who they are attracted to, due to social oppression, doesn't even love themselves enough to allow themselves to love freely. I say get as far away from that person and as soon as you can. You will end up doubting yourself, and eventually come to resent him/her anyway. So if they aren't comfortable enough to be seen with you it's because they aren't comfortable with themselves. You aren't some naughty fet--- to be tucked away for pleasure, you're worth far more then that!

OMG yes I've been out with a guy or 2 like that... It took me a couple of times to figure it out and once it dawned on me I was crushed! But guys like that are not worth my time! I can't imagine someone being so arrogant that they think I'm good enough to f*ck but not to be seen with! Jesus what kind of --- treats someone like that?

Well.....if you are good enough to go to bed with, then you are good enough to be seen in public. It's that simple. If you can't be seen in public with a BBW, then why are you with her in the first place??? It just doesn't make sense. I just got back from having dinner with my BBW ex....we remained friends, and had a great time.....IN PUBLIC!!! We even went to a bookstore and coffee shop afterwards. Talking the whole time. I told her about this site. Maybe she'll stop by and see this...who knows.

Simply put.....BBW's are more confident about themselves, which makes me want to find another girl like that. You fall in love with the inner beauty and everything else will fall into place. I think it's sad that some men would do this. It gives a bad name to ALL of us men who are NOT that way, and causes you BBW's to NOT take a chance. I can understand the hurt feelings though, and the need to NOT be hurt like that again.

Here is a suggestion......MAKE the guys you date see you in public. Arrange dates that don't include your bedroom until you get to know them. Yes, we all want to end up there, but there is LOTS more to a relationship than that.

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences. These guys are a**holes and deserve to be treated as such.

ya it happened twice, maybe thats why i have such a low view of men, they say one thing but later on they mean another and its hurts so you learn not to trust what they say, then when you get a real great guy who may mean it it pushes him away because he cant stand how distrustful you are.......

Ha I know this forum has been dead a few weeks but I just had to comment because a friend of mine and I were JUST talking about it no more than 2 hours ago!! We call them "undercover fat girl lovers" LOL. Seriously, in the small crappy community I live in, there are two types of guys: the ones that like skinny girls, and the ones that pretend to like skinny girls and only freak big girls on the down low. It sucks, believe me.

`Im not into skinny girls as I don't tend to find them attractive, but at the same time I don't put nasty comments out there about them just because I'm not feeling them. Some men do stuff because their friends are present.

I just tend to venerate every women for what they are. Big women are beautiful thats why they're refer to as BBW. Peace!

I met a man on the internet a few years ago. He was living in Germany and I was living in the US. We decided to meet up. I was always too shy to stand up and let him see my whole body on the webcam. At the time, I was around 205 now I'm 240! Anyway, I really was very insecure and wondered what he would think when he met me. So when we finally did meet, he didn't act strange at all. He loved me for me! Now, we have been married for 6 months and life is fantastic!

I think that it is an individual thing; sometimes, I like being a home body, but sometimes, I want to explore the world. Also, it depends on individual finances; it could be more cost effective to have movie night at home.
