*I'm Paige; a culinary student & aspiring Baker living in Columbus, Ohio. Being a big girl & someone that both loves to eat & cook means that I have a lot of great recipes (some I made. some I stole) I am going to share them with all of you. If this picks up then I will start doing a daily recipe. Let me know what you think & please feel free to share these with others. Post your variations. All opinions welcome.*

Peppered Pork 4-6 servings
10 oz Pork Loin or Pork Butt (medium dice)
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Corn Starch
3 tbsp Black Pepper or more to your liking (not that powdery/dusty crap)
2 tsp Salt

Method: Deep Frying

1. Stir Soy Sauce, Corn Starch, and Lemon Juice together in a bowl. Mix in pork & evenly coat in the mixture. Let sit 20 mins.

2. Sift the flour, Corn Starch, Black Pepper, & Salt together in a different bowl.

3. Coat the marinading pork pieces in the flour and deep fry around 3-4 minutes until done. Should be brown.

I may add more to this. Just wanted to do an easy update.

`Sounds yummy, But I think instead of soy sause, try using general tso sause. That would add a nice sweet and salty flavor to it.
