`I honestly never knew this existied...from about less than a year when i saw it on the show on national geography-taboo-fat...i mean that some ppl like it bigger ..i am a lil bit less than 140 always trying to be skinny...i like working out,it gives me confidence.on some level,i feel like a fish out of a bool in my surroundings,they are only skinny girls,makes me feel so low,even do i am prettyer than some of them...i don't wanna be really overweight coz of the healty risk...and i think its unfair that some guys and girl ask that from their parner..its like wishing them death..i like this site so much! it is so diffrent in an amaizing way ...all ppl need lovin` you know what i'm sayin` and also i never meet a guy that likes it bigger...|| its like where are those guys in my country....here every girl is prettier that the second...| xxo

I agree with ggr1972, however.... men don't get the sly remarks, or nastiness that women get. The bigger we are the worse the pissy people get.
I'm sorry but I'm sick to death of being judged by a number on a scale. By my doctors, the media, family, friends & myself.
We NEED to start teaching our children (especially girls) that weight is a number on a scale..........It is not what you should be basing your self worth on.

I have been humiliated, played pranks on, been cruelly cut down & criticized for everything. I don't know if men get this as much, but I know a few guys who are as big or bigger than me, 3 of them are happily married & the 4th one is engaged. They have no problem getting women to look at 'em. It's a double standard & it royally SUCKS!

I do however want to end this by saying "THANK YOU" to all the men on here who go out of their way to make "us" feel better about ourselves. It's nice to have a place I can come that doesn't make me feel like a second class citizen.

And it's not like we bhms are getting a ton of media love, just think of all of the movies and shows that have a big guy as something besides comic relief........not many

`ggr1972....I don't think it's that you aren't getting noticed, I think it's that you don't check back here often enough! Haven't you seen the females do reply to you, but your posts back are weeks/months later? Maybe you need to check back daily, I seriously doubt "your looks" have anything to do with it lol...

well..for a while I DID come in every day...then after no one responded for a while......I just came in less and less.

And yes.....am fairly sure my looks matter quite a bit. They usually do. (am hoping the new look will help)
