Is there a secret reason that no one uses the web chat?

`I tried it for a while, but either no one was on like you said, or there were about a dozen or more people there with one or two persons hogging the whole conversation back and forth that it was difficult to get a word in before anything I wrote disappeared off the screen and could get a response, which I thought was pretty damn rude. A lot like being in a crowded room with everyone yakking all at once. Not to discourage you out of trying the chat room, I guess it's a matter of catching it at the right time, which I never seemed to manage.
