well i went with sweet...i love jokes but i think i like more of the sweet and romantic. Although i would love a mixture of two....and bad guys i dont like them.... I like guys that know what they want in life...you could be cute and hot all you want but if u joke around too much then that's a no no...

I would have to choose the bad a**. I need a manly man, with primal instincts :] a protector, a hunter, a provider. That's what i find most attractive.

`You know I've been with the 'funny' guy...and as fun as he was when dating it's completely lost on a LTR. The funny guy may take things not as seriously as the sweet guy and that's when things fall apart, because after 10 years together that funny guy is going to still want to be out having fun while you're sitting home with the kids doing what needs to be done. As for the macho guy- I think of them as flings. They want a woman to become 'part of their life' because that's the way "It should be"...and they will not go out of their way to try to be part of her life because he's got his 'stuff' that he thinks is important.
The sweet guy can be fun to be with- he can provide and protect with the best of them...but he'll always be there trying his best to understand you.

`I had a guy who had elements of all three and it was good. We lasted 34 years till his death...sigh.
Won't find that again as I think many men think they have to be one or the other.
I do keep looking though.

`cookinbubbles--you should consider yourself fortunate you found a guy like that and spent so many years with him, started a family, etc. Many of us haven't found a special someone like that yet, but we all keep looking, too! :)

`I would have to say toss-up between the funny guy and the badass. I have a dorky sense of humor and it's great when a guy gets that and gives it back. The bad men, though, never grew out of it, they're sexy as hell. So, maybe confident, funny, with just a touch of arrogance would be my perfect guy
Sweet guys...yeah, I think I'm too blunt and practical for them. I get roses and think of what a pain it'll be when they die and the water gets gross, and so on.
