I have been emailed a few times by users that when i go and click on their name i get the message "user is not in this network" or something like that.... i dont feel like clicking it again... some have had a picture and the majority don't. I guess they've deleted their accounts... but i check my email every day, so i check the emails from this site the same day i get them b/c i get the noticed on my personal email. Is it just my bad luck? lol ppl shouldn't be emailing you if they are going to delete their account 5min after... anyways.... just wanted to share my frustration....
Have a good one people....

`Maybe you could contact the tech team of the site so they can explain you what's going on. That haven't happens to me, but of course not that I get emailed a lot LOL.
Well good luck next time and keep this on mind: If they deleted their account just after they wrote you, they may have not worth the time to reply.

`I agree with the second, it need some action hehe!! I don't know about the first, as I'm from South America and most are from US they may not be interested in talking to me and mostly I don't bother to send them messages (when can, because people from US and Canada have by default a Country-blocking-list and they have to set -if so- that they want to receive messages/mini-messages/actions from people outside of those Countries. Beside that, there aren't much users in the largepassions site.
However I believe that the one who thinks a revolution it's need it's the one who have to start it Select your target and poke them, don't wait for them to do it
Good luck next time, when sending messages :D

`true but you still get them, because i had other countries out side of the US blocked but when i looked at my blocked section i had 5 emails that came from people in Europe. I could still reply. What part of SA are you from? My parents are from El Salvador, I'm planning to go visit this summer.

I'm from Venezuela Oh! I didn't knew that there were a crappy-country-messages box LOL I have got some actions or mini-messages from US users and yet I cannot reply them back, odd but true. Maybe my messages are in the black/trash box haha!

I haven't had that particular problem. What I usually encounter is viewing someone's profile that interests me, then seeing that person hasn't logged on to the site in months, possibly years. Sometimes I've gone ahead and left them a message in the possibility they might check back, but so far that hasn't been the case. I wish people would delete their accounts if they no longer have any interest in participating on this site, it does kind of annoy me. |

In the dating sites context I would think it's a bad idea sending messages to someone who haven't check out the site in a long time, I think they may not be single anymore and probably they forgot they have an account; no to mention that's something easy to do, they could have got bored of it, as this site (largepassion) it's not really used for many people.
