Hello from Texas

I'm new to the site. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I'm a single BBW living near Houston. I've been single for 5 1/2 yrs. Haven't dated much because for some reason it seems mostly all that is interested in me is married men and I'm not into that. I'm beginning to wonder if there is a single man out there for me. Any takers? LOL. Anyway, I have one son who is 25 yrs old and just married in August of 2006 to a wonderful BBW. It's great seeing my kiddo so happy.

The forums here seem to be rather quiet. Would be great if we could change that. Anyone up to the challenge?

Well, we have a saying in Texas. 'If you don't like the weather here, wait a minute. It'll change.' It's been really funky. One day it was 57 and rainy. The next day it was 72 and sunny. Today it was in between. LOL. I'm just glad it's not summer time and 105 with 100% humidity! That'll get here soon enough.

What's your weekend been like?

Been about the same here in Virginia,we have about the same old saying,
If you don't like the weather,stick around it'll change.

Weekend has been fine so far,but it's back to work tomorrow.One day
I'll be able to retire.

I was out in Texas back in 1979,it's big.

Other than a surprise birthday party for my step dad last night, my weekend has been very slow. I've done nothing but a little cleaning and getting caught up on laundry. WoooooHooooo.
I'm looking forward to that retirement thing too. Either that or winning the lottery. Which isn't going to happen too quick since I don't play often.
