`Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in on this one. It's all about preference. I prefer bbw's. I've always loved big girls. Of course I've been ridiculed by people and even friends but i don't care. I'm not going to date a skinny chic just to please society. BBW just turn me on. I love their bodies!

I agree with missbratypants. While I have not dated as many larger women as I have skinny ones, but I do agree I date some for the person not the waist size. But I have seem to have had a stronger attraction to larger women so I figure I will give it a shot and see if I find anyone who catches my eye.

I feel like different men like different things! I mean everybody doesn;t like the same thing. It's okay for men to date skinny chicks; there isn;t any thing wrong with that. But the minute they start judging girls on they're outward appearance is when it starts to become a problem. I think a guy should be open minded and date all types of women. That way they won't think ignorantly about or towards Big OR skinny women.

I agree. I date all kinds of men & women. I do not judge just on weight, & I feel that nobody should judge me because of my weight either. We're all human. It's kinda sad that society has made being bigger such a problem. I was with a guy once who broke up with me primarily because of his friends giving him a hard time about him dating a thick woman. That's awful.
We're all beautiful, in some way or another, regardless of shape, size, color, height, etc. It just takes finding the right person to love you; flaws & all.

If a guy wanted to be with a skeleton, They'd go dig one up.
Meat is for men, bones are for dogs, ect.
I can honestly say i find skinny women repulsive in every way possible.
Sadistic Simba.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, you can never second guess what people are attracted to. Maybe on average that may be true for alot of men, but never all. I find women that are too skinny unattractive, but that's just my opinion.
Best wishes to all. |

`I think its not only the woman who has to be confident to be attractive. I think a man has to be confident to date a larger woman and not worry about what his friends will say.

`what i've come to realize is that guys are quick to get to know a thinner girl, so they can "move in" on them. but when it comes to us a bigger girls...or at least for me...guys take FOREVER to arrive to the conclusion that im a great girl. i swear to u, every good looking guy that has actually just stayed a friend to me, came to realize that they were in love with me. obviously not always good for me, but i just dont get why it took so long for them to realize that i was just as good as all them skinny broads. im just saying...when it comes to first glance, guys always seem to head straight for the thinner ones. hopefully, our world changes soon and realized that us thick girls are pretty great too...maybe even a little funnier....but just my opinion =]

`"Men fall in love with their eyes, women with their ears"
sadly, the majority of the time this is true...
Girls are visual too but we love when our guy talks to us so sweet with words that's a big bonus !

`Everyone has personal preference, so lets not "hate" the skinny ones...obviously I want to be wanted as myself and not what someone thinks I should become...but everyone wants something different so let them...as long as you are happy with yourself that's all that matters and if you're man or woman loves you accept it, don't question it there must be something about you that they like besides your body size, cause even a pretty face, or a body you desire can make up for a craptacular personality LOL...guess I will be finding a man, and not a dog cause there aren't any bones here...well at least not visible ones LOL...keep on looking and hoping for greater acceptance!
