Barack Obama may be a liberal thriller, but he’s also a stock market killer. Since he came into office, his Bunyanesque new spending proposals, his plans for a trillion dollar tax hike, his regular badmouthing of the economy, and his incessant tinkering with banks and the housing market have caused the stock market to go into a free fall. Granted, stocks would have likely dropped anyway because of the economic crunch we’re in, but the market wouldn’t have already reached the lowest level since 1997 without lots of help from Obama. Man what are we going to do I am being taxed like never before and it is killing my business

The stock market is not in a free fall.

It has rebounded substantially since the free fall that occurred at the end of the Bush administration, so your comment is more than a little confusing. A chart for the last 5 years can be seen here:

Separately, taxes are at their lowest in decades with significant tax cuts provided for small businesses and individuals in the lower income brackets.

`Graphs and charts are nice and they look good on paper BUT I have seen a sharp increase in all my taxes across the board, Medical, Fuel, Maintenance, etc, etc, I appreciate your feedback. BUT you have to be out here in the trenches to see what I am talking about. The Agriculture business is a whole different animal. But I will check out your links. And please stop deleting my posts.. I know the truth hurts and some of us do not want to face the facts. Man I miss Bush..............

(You claimed the stock market was in a free fall. That statement was false, which is clearly displayed by reviewing any 'graph and chart' of the stock market for the last year.)

Normally, we would not interject ourselves in the forum where someone was stating their opinion about something...but after your last post, you caught our attention.

We welcome members to share their opinions on any number of topics, but hate speech is not allowed within the forum...which is why we deleted your last post. (In fact, for future reference, hate speech is grounds for account deletion.)

Separately, if you have any evidence of increased taxes, please share it because all evidence we have seen is that the tax burden for the upper income levels, the middle income levels (ie. the middle class) and the lower income levels has been reduced to the lowest level in decades.

Perhaps it is a good time to remind everyone to read the Posting Guidelines for the Forum area.

The portion quoted above, from the last post in this thread could be interpreted as 'trolling', which is 'an argumentative post meant to bait people'.

Trolling is not allowed within the forum, even if prefaced with, or followed by, IMO (In My Opinion).

While we encourage members to speak freely within the forum, we insist that the forum area not be used as a way to vent hatred...and claiming that the President of the United States is a member of a Muslim sleeper cell is very close to a violation of the rules of the forum.

In this case, we are giving the benefit of the doubt, and using this as a way to ask everyone to be considerate of other members who do not share your same views,
