Hello,
Just wtd. 2 introduce myself properly. I'm Jennifer, a SSBBW [Afr. Amer.], aged 38.5, widowed, do not smoke, a very light drinker [H8 beer], no kids, and have NEVER had any 'crumbsnatchers'/ rugrats. To quote from SEINFELD, "No one ever slipped one past the goalie." Thank heavens LMAO!!! I also live in NYC [Manhattan] and in the process of apt. hunting/ packing/ tossing stuff/ selling belongings and donating to lighten the load. I still plan on finding a place in NYC only smaller & more affordable [I know, good luck right? Lol.] in an elev. bldg. That's a must. I also tend to be agoraphobic so this whole move is shaking my nerves up more than a bit. Yet maybe its a good thing because the rent is obscene, the landlord is satan and the people were very cold and venomous toward me after my husband died. Good riddance to them.
