Photos, Guys? Seriously.

I have just joined this site, and if this subject has been mentioned before, I apologize. I have always wondered why it is that on personals sites like this catered to larger folk, it seems that few men actually want to post their pictures. Are you guys afraid that someone is going to see you like big women? Are you on here looking for a fling with a BBW while you flaunt a thinner woman in public? I'm sure you look at women and probably would not respond without a picture, so why can't we see who we're talking to? I put my image on this site, and so I wouldn't respond to someone without a picture, unless it is to tell them they need to post a picture. We're people too, and being large doesn't make us desperate or less worth being treated respectfully as the ladies many of us are.

I totally agree. I just joined & my photos are pending review, but I wouldn't even look twice at a profile that didn't have a picture. I'm being up front and honest about who I am so I just don't understand why the men are trying to hide?!

whoa there. Why only address the MEN? Look around, there are a lot of BBW's that have ads with no pictures or worse, picture of their dog or cat. Like what's up with that? And another thing, you read an ad, says fat and proud yet when it comes to showing their weight they show blank. Proud yeah right..lol

I am a new person on this site (photo needs verified) and have no problem with people seeing what I look like. I have dated a BBW for over a year, and have found myself single again. I like BBW's attitudes, and their outlook on life. Smaller women are SOOOO ---- up on things, and I believe that beauty comes from the inside, and if you are beautiful inside, then it shows on the outside. I HATE the way society treats large people, and the comments people make when they think you can't hear. I have always seemed to be attracted to women of size, so I'm glad I found this site.

I disagree with you. I would perfer if a woman didn't post her picture. I wouldn't hold it against her if she did though. I think that if you care about what someone looks like then it's shallow. That's why I won't post my picture. I could without fear of repulsing any women but I would be worried that I would attract a woman that only cares about what I look like and not who I am inside. I also find it ironic that an overweight woman would be shallow.
I had this same problem on other websites. Women don't want a guy to judge her on her looks and to love and respect her and not use her like a piece of meat, but they don't want to do the same for men.

I think that everyone should post their pictures, because the way someone looks is part of the attraction too. So what if someone doesn't want to get to know you just because of the way you look, why would you want to be with a shallow person like that anyway.

.....So true.......wether we like it or not we are First attracted to the picture.....if that 'pleases the eye ' then we go on to find out about the 'Person'........that is not to say that we are all looking for 'Brad Pitt's'
but there has to be something in the pic that attracts.....and that is not being shallow...that is being realistic....
On this site we are all aware that the people are BBW/BBM so at least give yourselves a fighting chance.......writing to someone you cannot see is like buying a dress or suit without seeing it first.........the 'fit' (face) is just as important as all the other bits.........

I was too lazy to look for a unit convertor or convert my weight from kilograms to pounds manually and now I wanted to change it I don´t know how. I went through the account management twice and cannot find it. I didn´t find it neither in "Update Account Information" nor in "Add/edit descriptions". Can someone tell me where the weight question is?

The 'Weight' section is located within the 'Update Account Information' area, so you must have overlooked it.

Take another look and let us know if you still have difficulty finding it.

I am more than willing to share photos or webcam with the right person(for the sake of them knowing who they are talking too) but I don't at this time wish to post a picture. Besides my built in webcam sucks! I am too vain to use a camera that makes me look worse---I will get a new one---that ill certainly be more flattering.

I like shorter Women for example, 5'0" to 5'8", I love a beautiful Smile, and checking out a Womans Eye's (and yes i am LOOKING at your eye's)

I also dig a sense of humor, and i do listen to what you say, i am funny that way. i believe that is how you get to know someone is by talking to them, and gaining understanding.

I also look for honesty, the last few relationships i have been in there Actions spoke louder than there words.

Meaning, for example 1 woman said I love to cook, ha ha we dated and her daughter did all the cooking. When i asked why she did not cook. I heard I am not in the mood,... long mood 3 year's lol.

I am not a chef, but i do cook. And i do not mind cooking for the one i hold dear.
"My mom always told me "do unto other as you would have them,...do unto you."

I go out of my way to be as honest, i have a OCD about lol.
I am also not a mind reader, So i ask a lot of question's!.
