newbie - a couple questions

I'm here because I was hoping to chat. Found out I had to have a profile to chat - so I did that - but there is still no "chat" link on the chat page. Lots of rules/guidelines listed but no rooms or anything... I'd be thrilled if someone could share how to actually chat on this site (and usually I'm pretty tech savvy!)

Also a bit concerned about how active this site is. Almost all my matches haven't been online for over three months...and scrolling through the forums they don't look very current either. Just curious before I spend much time here - a lot can change in three months!!!

If you have another site you'd recommend I'm open. Hope to hear from you and good luck finding someone to join you on your journey!

`There is a link to the chat room, called 'Free Online Dating Chat'

This opens up a new window and the chat room appears. However, it is not realy used as well as it could be and many a time, no one else is in there.
