I've been on the same diet all of my adult life and it works great for me. It's a very simple diet too.

If it tastes yummy, I'll eat it;
If it tastes yucky, I won't! :D

`awe yes the feel good diet and let's not forget the seefood diet lol.OK here's my idea of a diet food-cake-just when you mix it add in fiber and add it in to the icing also.Trust me you can't taste it at all but I would only use the easily disolvable and tasteless kind like benefiber and the free and clear by metamucil
