RULES ABOUT ONLINE/DATING...??

Hello there, i'm kind of new to this site and also this whole online dating thing, and dating in general because previously i was in a LONG relationship...and i'm only 23, I digress.

Would you say there are any big Do's and Don'ts about dating? What about people that date one person at a time? Or people that date multiple people at the same time?

What if you think you like them off the bat, or vise versa? lol i guess i just want to see peoples opinions. Thanks for you time!

My big do's and dont's are pretty simple. Dating online is an easy way to find someone who you think you might connect with in a different way than the common physical attraction that falls apart pretty quickly.

DO's: Make it clear what you want, and what you're looking for. Always investigate the kind of person you're interested in thoroughly. And don't trust the quick promises a person would make you as a stranger. Use their friendship with you, to network to others that might interest you too.

Don'ts: Don't say hi to someone, and then you can't even reply back. Don't make it uncomfortable if they tell you something about their past you don't like. When you finally decide to meet up - don't be judgemental. Give it the flow of a naturally blossoming friendship. Try not to freak out if they do something awkward. Make it relaxed, chill, and a blast for both of you even if you just wind up friends.
