Does anyone else here write?

Just curious. I started writing again after a long dry spell, and I wondered if there are any other writers on the site.

I think about writing, and plan on creating the great american gen-x novel someday, and have even scratched out the odd story or two...but for me actual writing is mostly something I want to do but usually do not. It's a nice idea in theory, but since it involves actual effort to be a writter, that status eludes me.

`I'm not a writer, I just don't have that gift. However, I do have an imagination. Recently, I advertised that I wanted someone to create a little story with me.....half role-playing, half-writing. I would write some and then he would write some. This was an experiment of mine to see how fun this could be. The results were good, not great.....some humorus moments.

`I don't consider what I am doing as writing. But in the overall term yes I write. I've been researching Sexology for about 25 years now. I wasn't doing it everyday, but as of lately I've been dinging a lot more. it's finally getting out there about sexology. No I am not a Doctor of Sexology nor Psychology, nor any of those disciplines. I am a student of Sexology thou. I have had years of knowledge and now have a vehicle of releasing those thoughts into a cohesive and concise, book form. I just hope after I complete it it's worth it for someone to read it.

I love to write. My problem is I have too many ideas that I juggle at one time that I end up halfway through a story and then abandon it to start a completely new one. I'm attempting to rectify that now by simply jotting down the ideas and finishing the others that I have already started.
It's hard sometimes though.

How bad is writers block for you other writers?
