Hi I'm from Upstate NY. I've read thru some blogs fo BBW and BHM. I'd like to know is anyone 50 or older practicing celibacy? So many times when after a 4 day conversation the topic of S-- comes up and once I mention that...the guy is GONE.
If I was a guy I'd love to meet a woman or 2nd time virgin. ASt least I would know she has character and wasn't handed around the block.
Any views on this?

There appears to be a Celibate Passions site in this dating network thing. Perhaps you would have a better experience there.

Hopefully all the members on the site already know how the network works, but it never hurts to spell things out a little more.
There is a site within the network specifically for people interested in Celibate or Platonic or Asexual relationships, Celibate Passions (along with over 110 other sites in the network...each with it's own focus and theme).
To add any other site into your existing account, just click the 'Add/Edit Sites' link within the 'My Account' area, and you will be taken to the (ridiculously long) list of sites in the network. Scroll down the list choosing the sites that match your interests (or passions) in life, and click submit at the bottom of the page to add them into your account.
Keep in mind that each of these sites is an actual community of people centered around the theme of the site, so (please) only add the sites that you would like to actually participate in.
We are adding new sites into the network on a semi-regular basis, so it is likely there are new sites that you are not aware of (unless you joined within the last few months). And we are working on a whole new batch of sites that will be rolled out over the next few months.
As you can see by the list of sites in the network, there is a wide range of themes, with some being more serious, and others being more tongue-in-cheek.
We hope you take advantage of the whole network by creating your own personal network of community sites based on your individual passions.
Have fun,
.

`I do hate it when guys just talk about sex, it ruins relationships if you have it too soon!!! What happened to courtship!? There should be a chivalrypassions and/or courtingpassions for old fashioned folk! =(

`well one thing is for sure.If you didn't even consider the S-- or let urself be drawn into a conversation about it then you would know that if they kept coming back,it was about who you were as a person and not what you could do.
