Ward looking for June I am a strong believer in certain values, not least in what may be termed the Natural Order in respect of male-female relationships. I believe that females are predisposed towards submission to males, although the effect of nurture over nature hides and twists this predisposition and can bury it altogether. Suffice to say that, as an educated person, I am not a supporter of radical feminism and most definitely I am not politically correct. To me 'traditional' roles, with men as leaders and protectors, and women as supporters and nurturers, evolved precisely because of the natural attributes of masculine and feminine, and modern attempts to deny the truth that men and women have different natures and abilities has harmed more than it has helped, enslaved more than it has liberated.

Central to my values is the importance of family in a woman's life, so much so that to me the greatest success a woman can achieve is to spend her life in the selfless service of her family. To me a family is formed by marriage and begins as a couple, and may or may not include children in time. I believe that the family works best when it operates along well defined traditional gender roles, with the husband's authority openly acknowledged, forming a cohesive whole without the divisiveness created by the notions of equality and compromise that are currently the fashion. On marriage a woman may surrender her own 'identity', but she gains much more by forming part of a union that is greater than the sum of its parts. She may surrender free will through committing to obedience to the authority of her husband, but she frees herself to be the woman that nature intended without shame, to accept herself for what she is rather than what others think she should be.
