A while back I turned off the "looking" vibe and I can't figure out how to turn it on again! So I thought a BBW dating site might be a good place to get it going again. I'm looking for a friend and a lover, possible LTR. I'm never married and I don't have any children. I do have an exceptionally charming dog. I'm independent and intelligent, and I like people who can hold their own in a conversation and have interesting things to say. I'm a homebody who loves to cook, but I also love to travel and see new things. I'm a politically liberal, culturally Jewish atheist who is tolerant of other views as long as you're tolerant of mine. However, if you don't think GWBush is the worst president in history and Cheney is the devil incarnate, we probably won't see eye-to-eye on other things. I enjoy a wide variety of activities: I like to go to baseball games and the ballet, I'll listen to most kinds of music (not crazy about opera or country), and I'll watch most sports. I love the water -- in, on, whatever. I'm generous, easy-going and drama-free.
I'm looking for a nice guy. A normal guy. A guy who doesn't spend too much time worrying about his job, his car or his inner child. A single dad would be nice. To be honest, although I'm a size 18, I'm not interested in very large guys (stocky is okay) -- I think being soft is feminine, so soft men don't appeal to me. On the other hand, I don't care how tall you are (or aren't), nor do I care how much hair you have, as long as what you have is well-groomed.
It's been so long since I've been in a relationship I'm not sure what I want, but this is a good start!
