I'm pretty laid back and go with the flow, and I'll try just about anything once. I love to laugh, and I think a good sense of humor is really important. I'm honest, sometimes to a fault, and I believe in open communication. I always try to understand and respect other people's points of view, even if I don't agree with them.

I'm spiritual but not religious, and my political views tend to be left-leaning. I typically fill my free time with reading (I'm a book-worm), gardening, or doing anything water-related (kayaking, white water rafting, fishing, etc). I also enjoy horseback riding, going to the firing range, and hiking.

I'm an odd mix of feminine and tomboy. I'm not afraid of getting dirty or breaking a nail. My older brother and I were the only kids in our neighborhood, so I grew up playing cops and robbers and climbing trees with him, and my 16th birthday present from my dad was my own set of camping gear; I was more excited than if I'd gotten a car. But, at the same time, some days I just need to wear pink, and it's fun to get dressed up once in a while. I enjoy pedicures and shopping and a bunch of other silly girly stuff.

My ideal match would be someone who knows how to be a gentleman, loves to laugh, enjoys reading, and is equally happy staying in and watching a movie or going out for a night on the town. I'd like someone who has similar interests and views, but can bring new ideas and activities to the table as well.
