Care to chat with Murphy's Law? My name is Kat -- I'm first and foremost a mother, to the greatest kid on the planet. She likes broccoli and remembers her manners... gotta love it. Also have three cats and a dog, and own my own home.

I like growing flowers in my backyard, and grilling out when weather permits. I enjoy a glass of wine or nice cold Bud Light. I listen to Garth Brooks and BuckCherry, and a ton of artists in-between, but I admit to being a country girl at heart.

I'm a study in contradiction. I'm shy until you get to know me, I cry over ASPCA ads on television, and love a good horror movie. I'm sensitive and funny, but I've got my faults (as does everyone), so if you're looking for perfection, do us both a favor and keep looking.

I'm compassionate and love to take care of people (and animals!), I'm also honest to a fault. Dishonesty is something that won't get past me - I have no tolerance for it. I tell it like it is, and expect the same in return.

Desperately seeking intelligent conversation, great friends and 'maybe' more. I'm eventually looking for that person who'll sit next to me on the front porch in matching rocking chairs 40 years from now, but I'm not into rushing anything. I move very slowly when it comes to relationships, to try and avoid anyone getting hurt.
