rediscovering myself
I'm a mom, wife and employee...none of which define who I am. Lately I feel lost, disconnected even. I talk to people all day but never interact, converse but never connect. I used to love so many things and be a free spirit but now I'm just kind of numb and going through the motions.

Not sure what I'm looking for. I'm always in control...the reliable one...the rock. But lately when I've needed a hand I've discovered how very alone I am.

I'm exhausted from being in control all the time yet honestly don't know if I could even let go. All I know is that lately I'm drowning and I feel like it's now or never.
