EMBRACE It...but be smart! i weigh 200 pds, Which isnt fat but I can afford to loose. I Had Horrible image issues growing up, i thought 125 pds was Obese and At the age of 14 i would Workout everday all day and even starve myself. I am now Over that and i volunteer alot at Girls inc Working with young girls on body image and self esteem. I am Very confident now a days even though i still diet, not for appearnce though, for health. I accept everyone no matter thier shape or size, but if i do have Friends that are Overweight, i try to be thier support team and Workout/walk with them as much as i can. did you know black females and males have higher death rates from heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases than any other race? im just sayin..this is NOT acceptable. embracing Your body is a wonderful thing, But good Health is even better! and I myself have a Long way to go! dont be shy hit me up
