About me...I've been here in SW VA most of my life. Everyone who knows me knows that I'm a music nut and my fave band ever is Pink Floyd. (You Floydies already got my handle reference though.) I have 2 iPods and a separate hard drive for my tunes. I love all kinds of music and really enjoy seeing a great concert. I've seen some of the best bands in history- Pink Floyd (SQUEEEE!!), Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, Elton John, Metallica, Rush- (See? Rush is not always chick repellent), The Ramones...list goes on..and I'm not done yet! (Still hoping for the Led Zep and Pink Floyd reunions.) I'm a sucker for British comedies as well and can recite 'The Holy Grail' almost verbatim, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing! I work hard and if there's OT available, I'm on it. Gotta pay back those student loans somehow! I have an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree, so I'll be paying the loans back until I croak. (Yes, I am white and nerdy.)I love a good comedy. Life's too short...gotta laugh when you can. Since I have a fantabulous sense of humor, that's every other minute for me. I'm an artist but last time I did a painting my kitten ran through the paint. Made a horrible mess on everything and her fur, but it left neat paw prints on the canvas. I like photography too. I like to take my DSLR with the fisheye lens out on the Parkway when it's nice outside, especially in the fall when the leaves change. I am romantic and I would like for my guy to be as well. One exception- I can't light candles at my place because you know that same kitten who did the paint thing? Yeah. She'd set the place on fire.
