i yam what i yam where to start, well first off i'd like to make it perfectly clear i'm not on this site looking for a booty call or friends, i'm beyond that point in my life so please don't bother messaging me unless your looking for someone to grow with outside of the bedroom. isn't it sad that has to be the first line on my profile? i suppose i'm willing to give this online dating thing another go in hopes that not all men are here looking for a piece. *shiver* so disgusting.

i'm a single mother of a 13 year old monster. he's one of those dressed in black, painted nails and scream-o fans, but i love the fact that he's comfortable enough to stand out from the norm and be himself (way to go mom!).

i work for the corporate dental world yet again (after a much needed break), and i'm focusing on advancing in my position/career. i must admit i love the dental field though, there's a certain type of pleasure from helping someone gain confidence by being able to smile again.

i'm an early bird and like to make use of the sunlight, so it would be nice to find someone that lives on such a schedule.

i'm not in the bar/club scene at all, i suppose that's the nerd side of me that shines through. i enjoy peace and quiet with good conversations and debates. learning is my life, no matter what it is i want to experience it. i take something whether positive or negative from each situation and figure out how i can evolve who i am by what i learned and eventually help others if and when they cross that path in their life. someone that can turn on my mind usually turns on my soul and so on...

i'm also probably the furtherest thing from being the typical "girl". i hate shopping, i don't follow fashion trends, i hate talking on the phone and material things don't impress me at all.

i love fishing, watching sports and bbq'ing in the backyard with friend and family. spending quaility time with those that i care about is far more special, and sadly overlooked by most.
