Hello I am an african am. female, recently separated looking to meet a true friend. I am looking to become friends first because I'm hoping that even if a relationship doesn't transpire we can still keep in touch as friends. I have 2 boys 17 and 19. I am usually either at home or at work, a total homebody. I love spending time with that special someone. Whether its at home or going to see a movie or whatever we choose. I love to laugh, love to see others have a good time when they are around me. I love music, generally listening to R&B,gospel, and select reggae,jazz and rap.


I'm looking for someone to have an intelligent conversation with, someone who can hold my attention. My goal is to find a lifelong friend and with that, the possibilities are endless I'm interested in a man who is goal oriented but knows how to make time for his family, someone who is intelligent but not a know-it-all, assertive but not overbearing, attentive but not smothering, patient but doesn't procrastinate, has a sense of humor but not at someone elses expense.
