The simple things in life are the most important to me: a smile from a friend, a walk in the woods on a beautiful day, creating something unique or new, the sound of the ocean, a starry sky, or holding hands with someone special. I love the life that God has given me and hope to meet a warm-hearted woman who feels the same.

I would describe myself as an outgoing, confident Christian guy with an abiding faith, a positive attitude and an active sense of humor. It’s important to me to treat others with compassion, respect and gentleness, and I have been accused of having teddy-bear-like qualities. Friends tell me I’m a good listener, and I’m not afraid to give a hug where needed.

By nature, I am a positive person. Where others see obstacles, I often see possibilities. Like the joke goes, until they start moving animals in pairs to Cape Canaveral, I’ll be an optimist! I also have a deep appreciation for the lighter side of life. I believe humor cures many ills. It eases tense nerves, raises our spirits, and erases the boundaries between us. I love a good laugh, especially when I can share it with others.

My perfect match is an attractive, fun-loving woman with a sharp mind, a kind heart and a great sense of humor. Her Christian faith is important to her and she treats others with warmth and compassion. Like me, she values genuineness, honesty, trust and open communication in a relationship.
