Looking to See What's Out There I am currently in my fourth year of my undergrad degree at the University of Michigan studying Anthropology. I am a bit of a nerd and I embrace it. I love to read and enjoy art in all forms and have recently started sketching more. I love going to concerts and listening to music and watching films. B-horror movies might be one of my favorite things. I have my lip, nose and tragus pierced and will probably add more.

I work as a caregiver for adults with developmental disabilities. I really like my job and enjoy what I do, despite the crazy hours.

I would have to say my favorite music is more alternative and classic rock. I love City & Colour, Neutral Milk Hotel, Devotchka, Blind Melon, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Cat Stevens, Bon Iver, The Mountain Goats, Mumford and Sons, and Richie Havens. As well as some metal like Acid Bath or Opeth.

One of my favorite authors is Jack Kerouac and that the Dharma bums and Big Sur are two of my favorite books. Besides being a beat generation kick I also have been reading a lot of nonfiction in the realm of anthropology and sociology. I am always reading.
