I am a little heavier than I'd like, but am getting closer to my goal every day.
I'm a professional photographer who specializes in digital photo manipulations and a student who is currently pursuing a Surgical Technology degree.
I absolutely LOVE to sing. I was operatically trained as a vocalist for several years starting when I was 16. No, I don't currently sing opera, but I LOVE to go out and sing Karaoke as much as I can. I've been told I'm quite good, but you'll have to tell me what you personally think. I like all types of music, and listen to pretty much any genre. It's not really about the genre to me, it's about the lyrics & vocals.
I guess to name a few favorites that I've been listening to lately are:
Paramore, Kings of Leon, Dashboard Confessional, Sons of Sylvia, Jeff Buckley.... just a few- I could bore you to death with a list, but I won't.
I'm also a writer at heart. I am able express through written word so much better. I've written a lot of "modern poetry", some short stories, songs, and a few articles.
I'm very laid back, open minded and hearted with extreme compassion. I am very straight forward, will tell you how I'm feeling. If I feel a strain/tension, I will confront it in a calm manner, talk things out, get it out into the open, deal w/ it and move on.
I'm "back on the market" after 10 years of being in a very lonely marriage, so this is all kind of new to me again. I have a high s----l drive and love sex, but haven't really been able to explore it much.
I absolutely LOVE affection, cuddling, holding hands, holding each other. I am a very affectionate person and I need an affectionate person in my life. I am disease free, and ALWAYS use protection no matter what- it's not an option for me.
