I have a bachelor of science degree in hotel & restaurant management and work at a local hotel.and at a local restaurant. My ultimate goal is to open a Victorian themed bed and breakfast or perhaps a medieval themed resort

*Fave Book: The man who ate everything by Jeffrey Steingarten. It's a biographical/humor book about the culinary misadventures of a restaurant critic.

*Fave Movie: Too hard to say. I love all the classic Hammer Studios films and slapstick comedies such as Airplane!, Clue, and all the Mel Brooks films like Young Frankenstein. The most recent movie I actually liked was The Corpse Bride, but then I have a fantasy of Johnny Depp and a bowl of strawberries and--- I'm sorry what were we talking about?

*Fave Music: Almost everything i guess, I'm not that fond of techno which is a rarity for a gay man. I enjoy classical, new age, classic rock, and folk rock. My current favorite band is one called Blackmore's Night which is headed by Ritchie Blackmore of Deep Purple fame. I like Lady Gaga's music but i can not stand her outfits... Sorry!

*Fave Food: Currently I am obsessed with Asian Cuisine. I like too many things to call one thing a favorite. When it comes to asian food the only soy sauce for me is Kikkoman. I guess I am a brand name snob when it comes to food.

* Fave Incense: Sandalwood, and sometimes patchouli.

* Fave Interjection: "Okay....." (Its better than going "Oh $--t!" in front of a customer!)
