Looking for someone who wants to spoil me as I am spoiling him. A relationship is all about sharing, sharing lives, sharing good times & bad, sharing affection, & feelings & thoughts. Communication is essential, as is honesty.

I have a good sense of humor, albeit quirky . I love animals & reading & movies & football &... well lots of other things you can find out when we meet.

I know I can have happiness without a man. Ah, but life would be so much richer if combined with someone else's. I'm wise enough to know there is no one perfect person out there. I'm not looking for perfection, merely one who comes close to fitting me.

I find personality goes a long way in how I perceive someone's appearance. The attraction is either there or not. Being 6 feet tall, height can sometimes matter, but I am not so shallow as to discount a gentleman shorter than I if his personality and heart are large! I will admit, a man taller than myself is a bit of a turn on, after all, women like to be feel, safe, protected, cared for, and it is difficult for the woman to feel that way when she towers over the guy.

You have to be smart, quick witted. (I've been accused of being a smart aleck upon occasion).

You do need to have a good heart and be kind. Be the type of guy who stops the mower & gets off to prod a toad out of the path of the blades. Be understanding when the waiter gets the orders mixed up. Be patient when I have trouble making a decision because I need to consider all the possible outcomes. Be a man who doesn't mind showing his affection both physically & verbally.

I would like a gentleman. Someone comfortable in a nice restaurant where a tie is required, but not too stuffy to be unable to enjoy a family BBQ. I prefer living in the country, but close enough to the city to enjoy going to see shows & museums.
