Be the change you wish to see in the world. I'm a fairly laid-back person. I like to laugh, read, hang out with my friends, watch movies, travel and will almost always be willing to try something new. I love random road trips and acting like a tourist in my own state. I like traveling just about anywhere, but I really like hiking and exploring caves (I think spelunking is such a ridiculous word.) in central Texas. I also like hunting and fishing, but I'm kind of girly in that I don't like touching the bait or the fish.

I haven't gotten to travel much, but I love going to new places. I did a summer study abroad course in France during grad school and would love to go back.

I'm a high school teacher.

The three most important things to me are my faith, my family, and my friends. I won't compromise them for anything, and expect someone that would match me well to feel stongly about the same things in his life.

I have ridiculously bad profile pictures because photos of me are scarce. Sorry. I just don't have a lot of photos of me because I've been a professional photographer since I was old enough to work. I'm always behind the camera.

I am almost always coming up with random fun things to do or at least laughing about something. I like to try to see humor in everything, I think it keeps me grounded. I can be having a really awful day and just burst out laughing at my ridiculous situation.

I don't really have a "type" of person I'm looking for and I've never really made a list of things I have to have in someone either. My main concerns are that he should be nice, smart and fun to be around. Physical attraction is nice, but usually comes over time for me as long as someone is nice, smart and fun.
