I'm very sensitive to those around me. I've got amazing powers of observation (Nobody Home, Pink Floyd). I am almost always able to tell when someone I care about is upset (even when they are trying to hide it).
Educational credentials aren't important to me; I want the people around me to be authentic and accomplished thinkers. I've read many of the classics, and I have an excellent memory. I truly enjoy learning and I read voraciously, just a moment ago I finished H.P. Lovecraft’s “The Call of Cthulhuâ€ÂÂ-it was delightful. Recently I bought a complete set of first edition Harvard Classics from 1909.
I have a talent for and a love of languages: English is my native tongue; I also speak Spanish, Italian, and Chinese (in order of proficiency). I stopped studying Italian temporarily so that I could focus more on Chinese. But now that the Italian themed Assassin's Creed 2 video game is out, I've decided to start studying Italian once more.
I'm willing and able to travel anywhere in the continental United States to meet people, why put a distance limit on friendship and love?
