BBW looking for love and laughter I would describe myself as a person with diverse tastes and hobbies. I'm part Martha Stewart with my cooking and crafting and part nerd with my love of video games and karaoke. I am equally at home cheering my guts out for my favorite football team (GO GIANTS!) as I am trying out a new upscale restaurant. I can have a good time anywhere as long as I'm with someone with an equally open mind and curious nature. I've been told I'm that rare mix of good listener and easy conversationalist which comes in handy with my work in the mental health field but helps me communicate with sane people as well. My biggest pet peeve is shallowness, I'm not a superficial person and I don't tend to mesh with superficial people.

I love all kinds of music but have a preference for Adult Alternative and singer/songwriter types like Jason Mraz. I go to the movies almost weekly. I'd say this year my favorite movie was Inception. I can enjoy anything from a blockbuster to an indie film. Good movies make you think or make you feel but even a bad movie can provide hours of highly entertaining mockery. I read. Mostly fiction because I like a good story but I also like humorous memoirs like Sedaris.

I find most guys say they just want a girl who is genuine, real, down-to-earth etc. That's me. The only games I like to play involve either a console or a board not people's emotions. Though Pictionary can get emotional, I've seen a grown man cry trying to get someone to guess "Few".
