most people look at me and say u can't be more than 220lbs. but i am. although i won't tell u how much more, i will say i'm pear shaped.
i came on this site hoping to find a man who wants to start off with a friendship that will hopefully blossom into a real relationship.
for too many years i've been down on myself about my weight and because of that i've accepted the whole friends deal more than once in my life. and although the benefits weren't bad, the friendship was always lacking on his end. things would start off great! we'd have dinner or a movie, hang out and talk, email and text every day. u know, do all the things a couple would do.
then one day i was reminded that we weren't a couple, and inadvertently told i wasn't good enough to date seriously.
well that's where he was wrong! i'm smart. i'm fun to be with. i love to go out and play a game of pool, watch a movie or wander around a museum just as much as i love a night in watching tv or movies and enjoying the company of a good man.
i grew up going to catholic school, but haven't seen a church since my parents passed away. i pray from time to time. and if church is something u do every sunday, i won't hold u back, but it would take a lot to get me back in one.
i have a descent job which pays the bills, but doesn't afford me many luxuries. i used to live alone until i let my sister crash on my couch back in november and she hasn't left yet. hopefully soon?!?!?!
i'm a strong woman who nursed both her parents until they passed away. i'm close to my younger brother but the rest of my family i barely speak to. i love them, but they are very hard to get along with.
what i'm looking for is simple. i like tall, slender/athletic men. preferably with a job/career who doesn't mind an occasional night out, or a quiet night in. i do not want someone who is going through a mid life crisis and needs to prove he is as young and vibrant today as he was in his 20's.
