A Little More to Love I am a healthy woman that enjoys good food, but not to excess. I carry a little extra weight because I refuse to compromise on taste when I eat. I may have a fancy meal and enjoy the real butter, the good wine, etc., but then I am satisfied, and won't be craving junk food later on. Life is too short to live on a miserable diet.
