The love you take is equal to the love you make How can I describe myself without sounding cliche?

I am neither girly nor tomboyish, just somewhere in the middle. I'm very honest and loyal. I can both wear my heart on my sleeve and be the "tough girl." I can think logically and be creative (who says we have to be either left- or right-brained? Why not use both sides, I say). Humor is my sport of choice and my wit is my sharpest weapon.

I like to cook, and I (clearly) like to eat as well. I love music, mostly classic rock and stuff older than myself, but there's also a wealth of recent music that I enjoy. I'm a Cubs and Bears fan, but I don't follow sports religiously. I read when I can, and I've dabbled in some writing of my own. I have a ferocious travel bug, and I can't wait until I have the extra time and money to indulge it. So far I've been to England, Italy and Turkey, several US states (including a road trip down Route 66 from Chicago to Amarillo, TX), and Canada.

As for what I look for in that "special someone," my standards are pretty simple: honesty/loyalty, trustworthiness, reasonable intelligence, a good/diverse sense of humor, yadda yadda. Basically, I've kissed a lot of frogs. I may not need a prince per se, but a wart-free guy with a job and all of his own teeth might suffice.
