Big guy looking for big beautiful girl I'm a 26 year old college graduate (International Studies and Political Science double major) - finished undergrad in May and have been accepted to the MA program at the University of Chicago Committee on International Relations starting in September. I'm about as far to the "left" politically as one can get without actually falling off the edge. I recently took a service-learning trip to Chiapas, Mexico, to live with the indigenous rebel group, the Zapatistas. This was my first trip out of the country and I cannot wait to go back! I'm also pretty darned inspired to continue taking any opportunity I can find to see the rest of the world - I think it's important to stand with people fighting for the right to the same things we tend to take for granted here. When I'm not making myself sound like a leftist revolutionary on online dating sites, I also play guitar and sing reasonably well (and am passable on piano and drums), have recently rediscovered a love of drawing, write when I get the urge, and am basically a well-rounded guy with "artsy" tendencies. I'm an avid reader (science fiction and fantasy, mostly, but also enjoy many other genres), movie buff, and enjoy the occasional video game...and yeah, I can totally hold my own in a conversation about comic books, Harry Potter, Star Trek/Wars, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and pretty much any other nerdy thing you can think of. Major plus if you can teach me about Dr. Who - I hear such good things about it, but have yet to take the plunge I'm also a great listener and a pretty good conversationalist and am probably one of the most caring, considerate, and empathetic guys out there - I'm one of those "always there for you" kind of people, except that I actually, you know, follow through on that Also, I joke around all the time and, thus, overuse "" almost to the point of absurdity...also I use ellipses far more often than is strictly necessary...
