after five years of traveling the world. I love midwesterners and
being back in my neck of the woods.
I'm a farmer's daughter who appreciates her country roots and loves
nothing more then a day hiking through the woods or up in the
mountains. Just because I'm country doesn't mean I'm not educated.
I love learning about the passions of others. There is nothing
better then someone totally geeking out over something I have never
heard of or know very little about. I love learning from someone
who has a passion for the given subject.
I think people who have a lot of passion for life and learning are
sexy.
I love Dutch Soccer. Hup Holland Hup!!!!!

That said I am a native Michigander and love the Lions (they will
win the Super Bowl in my life time), Tigers, Redwings, and Pistons.
I was a varsity athlete at Michigan state University so I'm always cheering my beloved Spartans one.
I enjoy traveling but more importantly the adventures and just
random things that come along with travel.
Karaoke
I can't sing but I enjoy going out and cheering on others and
singing some of my favorite oldies songs.
I love trying out new beers especially trappist beers, Lambic,
Belgium craft beers and American micro brews.
I am an RPCV (Returned Peace Corps Volunteer) I believe in the
importance of service to others.
I am always down for trying something new... never been one to just
talk and not follow up on it.
I spent a summer biking across the Baltic States by myself.
Some how my mother's love of the tamborine in music has been passed
down to me. Probably why I listen to so much 1960's folk
music.
I'm am pretty new to Chicago and I'm always looking to meet new people who will explore this city with me.
