I'm open, honest and very loyal to those who earn my trust. I have been known to be a bit shy and quiet but I have been improved much over the years. I love to laugh; laughter to me is really the best form of medicine. I'm not nosy however I have learned the hard way that if you at times ask the right questions, it will save you a lot of heartache down the line or even avoid it all together. I'm a realist, I don't believe in fairy tales or happily ever after but I have not given up on all the infinite possibilities life has to offer. I'm best one-on-one most of the time but I love live music, albeit an arena of thousands or a hole-in-the-wall. Actually I love many different genres of music period, but
B is my fav. I listen to everyone from Jill Scott to Beyonce to Joss Stone, please note I said listen to...I can't sing to save my life...lol. We have all made mistakes, some of us more than others or the same ones over and over again...lol. I do not pass judgment on anyone, which is not my place. I enjoy long walks, reading, writing, poetry, music, etc.

What I'm looking for in a friend/match can be summed up in my personal motto, "Stimulate my mind and my body follows naturally". I'm looking for someone I could talk to, challenge me, debate with me, and listen to me. For me there has to be more than the physical. I've come to realize something about myself, I have 3 basic needs, the first being mental stimulation. I have already gone into detail about that. My second need being emotional, someone who is affectionate, someone who is considerate of me as I am of them. I want a life partner in every sense of the word; I'm not looking for a hero or savior. The third being physical and that pretty much speaks for itself.
