Tired of being "just friends..." I've come to realize that these blurbs all wind up sounding exactly the same or completely out of left field. Myself, I am a very laid back person; I believe I have a talent at taking life in stride, and don't make a habit of getting bent out of shape about truly inconsequential things. I also have a terrific sense of humor, and I love to make people laugh. I've been told I should be a stand-up comedian. Behind the goofiness, though, lies a deep well of emotion. I've very compassionate, very caring. I would enjoy having someone to make to feel loved, that would make me feel loved in return. I like most of the normal things that people are into: movies, the occasional TV show, etc. Music is a HUGE part of my life, and I am constantly looking for new artists that can capture my moods in a song. Some of my favorites are Bright Eyes, Cloud Cult, Nine Inch Nails, and Vast. I also am a lil' bit of a 'nerd;' I play video games, LOVE to read (when I can find the time), and I also write, when the inspiration strikes me. Mostly poetry, which I would one day love to get published. I've been told I'm pretty good! I am looking for a girl that has realized beauty isn't found in the cookie-cutter mold that TV and magazines have presented to us. I am looking for the girl who is independent enough to set her own standard for beauty, and what that means for her; not only as it applies to a potential mate but to herself as well. I am looking for a girl who also has a great sense of humor, who loves to laugh and loves to make me laugh! Hopeless romatics are also a plus! Intelligence is very attractive. So is knowing how to have a good time without acting COMPLTELY crazy. To put it another way: I'm far more likely to notice and be attracted to the girl in the corner with the cute smile than the rowdy 'hottie' dancing on the bar. So,how did I do?
